Im working on making my own super BOB. I would like to include rs232 so that i can connect a barcode scanner up to. Im wondering which max chip will i need I think from reading i will need a MAX3232. Does anyone have a schematic that shows which pin on the x50v goes to which pin on the max chip?

Hi, is there any chance to get the audio out signal from the bottom connector?

I wan to connect to the charging plug in my car the audio out signal. thats all. and i cant find the signal on the pins... and I am finding the messadges that there is no audio out in the axim bottom connector. but form other side i see at lease 2 car cradles with speaker... so there has to be a way!
help :)

Hello, It's not possible to get an audio out from the bottom of the axim. The cradles that have speakers on the bottom can either be bluetooth, or they plug into the top of the Axim.

It would be really nice to have an audio output on the bottom, especially for cars.
