Anyone tried the Sena case with the Seidio car mount? I read a previous post that Seidio said that it wouldn't work, but it was unclear if anyone really tried it?

Although I don't have a Seidio G2500, I just received my Sena case yesterday and due to the location of the swivel button on the back of the case it ain't gonna fit. The center of the button is 1" below the top edge of the PDA and the button is 1/2" in diameter and protrudes about 3/16". This is in addition to the case back being 1/8" thick.

the sena will not work in the mount (even if you have the non belt clip version, the back is to thick to fit )

I concur with Grentz, I did try it and it will not fit.

Thanks to everyone for your input. Not what I wanted to hear, but I also wouldn't be happy taking the case off everytime I use it in my car (2-3 times a day).

ànd GPS reciever today when I saw a bundle on their site. I have the Sena case too so will be removing it every time which is a PITA.
