I think serveral people would like to see this, but I can't see how it would be possible. The battery bulge is at the bottom after all, so unless they design something where you slide the unit in top first (not a good idea), it will always have to allow for the full width of the unit with battery throughout. It will be interesting to see pictures of the back of the Piel Frama extended. I just got my standard Piel Frama last week, very happily putting my Rhino Skin to rest now.

but what I'd like to know is if there is spacer in the rest of the back - if they used the extra space for storage space or what. It is clear that they didn't leave a small buldge like a pregnant lady!

1. What's the hole at the back ? Reset ? Why do they design it that way ? If I want to reset, I don't mind taking it out of the case since I don't do it often.

2. Cannot clip this case to the belt, huh ?

You COULD just leave a hole in the back so that you can slip in the unit FIRST and THEN apply the battery.
Of course this would leave the battery unprotected.

Very true, and with the thickness of the leather it may even out the look even more. That would be an interesting design and would allow you to swap batteries also.

1. Yep, the hole in the back if for a reset. The Sena case is basiaclly designed so the you will never have to take you device out of the case, thus the hole for reset.

2. The Sena comes with or without a clip, this picture just happens to be the without clip case.

I had a case where you had to take the batter out to put it in, and it has a hole cut out fo the battery. It was horrible. I hated it. I am glad Sena designed it the way they did. Looks great to me.
