They really need to get their act together. You can't expect to stay in business none the less bring in more business if you screw over or simply dismiss your customers! Maybe when they see this thread and notice a decline in sales will the stand up, take notice and change their sh*tty customer service tactics.

Word travels FAST on the web. And a bad rep is incredibly hard to get rid of. Mark my words: It'll cost them a consideralbe amount of business.

I, personally, curse the name of "Boxwave", tell anyone that will read or listen to avoid them like Herpes and I will never buy from them again.

Good riddance.
You are absolutely correct! They will notice this thread. They sure noticed mine, and after finally getting results from them they asked me to update my post. There is no doubt they are losing customers. Higher prices or not, I will do my shopping somewhere else from now on.

Nobody cares :realmad: No, I'm just joking I think most of the time people get their orders without problems. It's how they handle the few people that do get problems that matters. Next time it could happen to you!

Why not buy from Aximcases?

Aximcases sells the boxwave product and they have very good customer service. I haven't checked lately but with the Aximsite discount it seems like a better deal buying from Aximcases. I had a problem with my the first Boxwave that Aximcases sent me but they sent another out at no charge and even offered to pay for return shipping. It was only $0.37 so I declined and paid it myself. It did require a couple of emails but I from my experience, it seems that Aximcases cares about their customers and they take care of problems when they occur. Every company has good customer service until a problem comes up and its only then that you find out what kind of people you are dealing with!

One observation: I have used the Boxwave crystal and I used to use the Brando anti-glare. I like the look of the Boxwave crystal much better (you really can't even tell you have it on) but the Brando is better for writing on and also is more responsive to screen taps. You have to tap much harder on the Boxwave.

Steamy bathroom, blowdryer on cool setting and woohoo. Looks great. Just for fun I'll try the Brandos next. I had the nu shields. I didn't like the way it slides around the screen. Anyway, good luck and please post your results after you get the new protectors.
I'd Be interested in hearing about the "steamy bathroom" method of application :approve:

As a Side not to my post from the other day.
When I sent the "nasty-gram" I spammed their whole company.
I got a reply back from the "sales" department. Its seems they were pretty worried.

The gentleman who contacted me wanted to know where I got the Exerpts that I sent so he could have his department contact each dissatisfied customer and somehow make things right.

If you complained here, and get an unsolicited contact from boxwave, its probably this guy tryng to make things right.
Proof is in the pudding....but nice that at least someone has a good head on their shoulders over there.

Peace!
