Box "wave"
Yeah I waved (goodbye) to my 'box' that had my new screen protector in it.

Boxwave sent my protector to me without my PO Box # on the package. Idiots!

I sent them an e-mail stating that Its been nearly two weeks and I found out on my own that the box was sent back to them.

They replied that "I" had not filled out the form correctly (impossible as it is a 'required' field) and that they would ship it back to me for $1.25.

OMG I'm gonna strangle someone.
What ever happened to the customer is always right?

My response was: If i dont get the screen protector soon, withoutthe $1.25 charge I will cancell the credit card order and buy from a competitor... Let's see if that gives em' a black eye

Just keep screaming loud enough and they will come around.

You have to beat them up, and they don't learn from passed issues. Check out THIS thread for the prime example.

While I've not been too happy with their products their customer service with me has always been impeccable.

You did the right thing by posting here. It was not until I started voicing my problems with Boxwave on this forum that they resolved the issue. Stay on them and they will set things right. I was told by Suzanne that it is their policy to reship the order for free if it takes a long time. For me it was about three weeks to get the issue resolved and I ended up cancelling my order and getting a full refund, including shipping. However, that was after they told me twice that I would have to pay for the reship. It is rediculous how much they charge for shipping in the first place. $12.50 I think, for 1 screen protector that weighs no more than a piece of paper!

It is really sad when a business such as Boxwave, who's business is solely dependent on word of mouth by happy customers, does something like this. Issues like this should be taken care of immediately to keep the customer happy and coming back for more product. They do have good quality products, but there are other options available. They obviously have not learned from past mistakes which will cost them much business.

I recently reordered some screen protectors from Boxwave to give them a second chance, since they eventually took care of the previous problem I had. However, this will definitely be the last time I buy from a company that doesn't care about taking care of their customers.

If you can, try to contact Suzanne. She was the only person who actually seemed to care about what was going on. She was very nice and got results fast.

Boxwave gets hooked on a feeling!
UPDATE

I have an update on My experience with box wave.
I sent them a 'Nasty-gram' filled with posts from this website and matts previous thread
Here is their response:

Thank you for your email!

I am writing to inform you that we will create a reshipment for you at our
cost as a courtesy to our customers. We normally do charge for reshipments
that was not of our fault, however, we will make an exception this time.

It will be most helpful if you can provide us with your complete shipping
address. I look forward to your reply so I may further assist you.

Best Regards,

Although I still see a disconnect ( not taking blame and remaining blameless) I believe I will be satisfied. On a scale of 1-10 They started out on a 2 reshiping brings them up to a 8, but remaining blameless takes away 2-3.... Over all a '5' or '6'

I appreciate them making it right
Thanks everyone

Glad to hear it. I hope they get the hint this time. By the way, which shipping did you choose. I believe Boxwave is not entirely to blame, because the standard shipping is crap. I for one will never use USPS again unless it is the only option. They were reliable before but for some reason when I order from Boxwave USPS seems to screw it up.

I ordered 2 boxwave ClearTouch Crystals on Sunday night from Sena Cases. I recieved them 3days later (today). No problems. Plus I found a 15% discount on Aximsite so I paid around $24bucks total. I'm not defending boxwave but, I can tell you that Sena Cases claimed they had them in stock they did, they also shipped quickly. So if you have to have Boxwave screen protectors, I'd recommend you get them through Sena Cases. And no, I'm not a salesman, just a addicted Aximsite and Axim user. Geez, I can't stop fiddling with the damn thing. I love it.

Yes they are very addicting (Axims). Unfortunately, Sena does not offer the 3-pack that Boxwave does. I will be trying the Brando or PPC Tech Writeshields next time. JavoEdge also has their own version of the anti-glare, but no crystal clear though. For now, Boxwave has the best price if you are looking to buy more than one.

I've been posting here and telling people about the HORRIBLE experience I've had with Boxwave for MONTHS.

Not many listened and now look, it's STILL going on.

This frustrates me to see other people going through Boxwave's customer "support" Hell! (I use the word "support" loosely because there is none!)

They really need to get their act together. You can't expect to stay in business none the less bring in more business if you screw over or simply dismiss your customers! Maybe when they see this thread and notice a decline in sales will the stand up, take notice and change their sh*tty customer service tactics.

Word travels FAST on the web. And a bad rep is incredibly hard to get rid of. Mark my words: It'll cost them a consideralbe amount of business.

I, personally, curse the name of "Boxwave", tell anyone that will read or listen to avoid them like Herpes and I will never buy from them again.

Good riddance.

Somebodys always ready to discuss protectors. In fact. I wonder if they would win the most popular subject awards on aximsite? hmmm time to fiddle with my axim again. I took my new boxwave crystals to work and just as posted here, I couldn't get them on without lint or some junk underneath so I took it home and used the steamy bathroom method. Worked great. Steamy bathroom, blowdryer on cool setting and woohoo. Looks great. Just for fun I'll try the Brandos next. I had the nu shields. I didn't like the way it slides around the screen. Anyway, good luck and please post your results after you get the new protectors.
