GPRS using AudioVox RTM 8000

I ordered and received my X50v and free Audiovox GPRS in January. I have managed to get it working as a 'Mobile Phone' quite easily and successfully with an O2 Pay as you Go SIM, however my real aim is to have access to the Internet on GPRS, and this is proving tricky. To start with the Axim/Audiovox setup asks for a number to dial, but O2 don't list this. They offer GPRS connection for Nokia, Sony etc. on their website but no mention of how to do it on 'phones' not listed. Has anyone managed a 'permanent' GPRS connection, paying only for the quantity of data downloaded, rather than per minute. Preferably using a Pay as You Go tariff. Scanning the Aximsite forums it would appear no one has.

02 Don't offer IP GPRS for prepaid customers. So it won't work. They do offer WAP GPRS but it's not any good for a Pocket PC.

I use a orange contract SIM (on the now defunct OVP Virgin Tarrif). The same settings should work for Orange Contract and PAYG.
