Don gave the thickness answer. In terms not relating to numbers, it is almost the same as not having a cover, imagine 3-business cards thick, makes almost no difference in size.
I have no problem with the buttons, as a matter of fact I find them easier to deal with as they don't get hit on accident as they are now recessed ad drop.
Since this case is molded to the shape of the Axim, it is really like a 2nd skin. I am using this as my summer case, so I can belt clip the Axim. In the winter I will move back to my Sena case when I can just keep the Axim in my coat pocket.
I prefer the Sena case as I like the look / feel and quality of the leather and the fact you can dock it with the case and neve have to remove it.

1. Do you have any idea how thick the case is? I carry my Axim in my shirt or jacket pocket, and so the case thickness is probably the most critical dimension for me. (My Rhinoskin is about 25 mm thick, while my Sena leather case is about 30 mm thick.)
2. Are you able to easily push the side buttons (wireless and record) with the Axim in this case? It's not a bit deal, but I've always found that it's a bit tougher to push those buttons in the Rhinoskin case, since the case isn't as form fitting as a leather case like the Sena.
Thanks again for the great pics.
