I had a issue with my Magnesium case cover. I contacted Innopocket and got a reply right away.

Ok, we will send you a new case replace it. But current our Dell x50 case
not instock so i may send you when it ready.

You would always like everything you purchase to be perfect but that's certianly not the case with any product. It's how a company handles problems when they arise. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I'm a happy Innopocket customer and would certianly recommend buying the Magnesium case or any other product that they sell.
