Innopocket = Great Service
I just want to post a response to this thread http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=75799

I had a issue with my Magnesium case cover. I contacted Innopocket and got a reply right away.

Ok, we will send you a new case replace it. But current our Dell x50 case
not instock so i may send you when it ready.

You would always like everything you purchase to be perfect but that's certianly not the case with any product. It's how a company handles problems when they arise. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I'm a happy Innopocket customer and would certianly recommend buying the Magnesium case or any other product that they sell.

hmmmmm... maybe Dell can learn something about customer relations from your post, eh? If you want to keep your customer base, and to see it grow, you must keep the customer happy. Can you imagine how many people read these posts? Whether they are answering, or just lurking, they are being influenced by the posts and replies they see here. The power of "word of mouth" doesn't end just becaue we move into a more technical age. It just means that peple get their "word of mouth" in a different manner.

Well have to agree great service

Ordered my case on Thursday 10th and it turned up in the UK this morning, so five days from order to delivery and the box is marked as a Case at $5 so no Customs Charges.

I complained earlier on another post about the shotty work and wrote Innopocket. They responded with an offer to send me a replacement case.

That is good customer service. Fast response and offer the customer an acceptable solution.

I'll report back if the replacement case is a good one or just a case someone else returned.
