need a headphone for x50v
I want to buy a headphone for x50v. How is Shure E2? It is 85 @ amazon. I can use my amazon $75 GC for that headphone. Any other good suggestions?

I got a set of older Sony bud ear phones which sound great!

My philosiphy is with these things is that anything that has a good name brand on it and that is more expensive than the base models you will be very happy with.

Cheers

earphones are quite varied and there are a couple of threads which are quite complete on some comparisons if you'll look.

I have the plugs by Koss, for which I am happy while there are others here with some sony ear plugs too (i forget the model number) and they are happy as well.

what is your goal? noise reduction? audiophile? do you work in music (composition, playing production etc)? - do you want mobility size etc???

but I can tell you - that I wouldn't know the difference probably between $200 earphones of "professionals" and the koss plugs which i found on line for $7.50.

good luck in your search

I have the Philips noise cancelling ear buds, which can be bought at Target for $50. SBC HN060 I like them, and they're comfortable. Additionally, I usually don't like earbuds very much. You might find them cheaper on Ebay. Wish I would have though of that...impulse buy, I guess.

Did you buy them from the Boxwave site or is there a Canadian distributor?

I just finished a review on the Seidio 2 in 1 retractable headset found here. Although not audiophile quality, it does what it's designed to do well. It also features a built-in mic which is handy for VOIP apps.
