I purchased the miniBuds headphones back in January to use with my Axim x50v. I was kind of surprised at how cheap they looked and felt (especially the fit in the ear) for the price but decided to give them a go. They worked well for a bit. I especially liked the retractable cord. However, about a month later, a piece of plastic broke off when I was pulling out the cord. Sound functionality remained the same, but the cord started tangling when I was expanding the cable. Today, I was expanding the cable again and noticed that the wire is now stripped.

I like the Boxwave screen protectors but think I will try Brando next.

Stay away from these miniBuds.

Hmm..Good news. Boxwave is replacing the minibuds.

I wonder if they'll be any better......

I have had mine for about a month, no problems at all. Good sound quality and I use them with my Ipod and X50v quite a bit

Just wanted to update and say boxwave shipped me a new pair of the minibuds. So far so good. Just waiting for them to re-credit my account for the new pair.

definatly try the brando sceen protector, people ask me if im worried my screen will get scratched without a protector.then i tell them there is one on there and they cant believe it.
