I also ordered one about two weeks ago. I haven't received it yet either. Only email I have received is a confirmation of order received.

I know that they sold out quickly so it may be on back order. But if it actually did ship you should of received it in around 4 or 5 days.

If you've been following the threads on the Innopocket Case, there were two complaints with the original shipments. One was paint coming off (which I personally think is going to happen anyway with a painted case) and the other was a flaw that some experienced with the closing feature of the case...something with the tabs.

I'd guess that before Innopocket is shipping out any more models, they want to fix these errors...instead of having to send every person that bought a case yet a second case.

So, hold on. It's a company doing what should be done...it's correcting its errors before blazing ahead (or even worse, ignoring those problems).

I ordered mine on March 15th. I received confirmation of the order but I've heard nothing since. I requested & paid extra for FedEx. I knew when I ordered it that it was temporarily out of stock, so I'm not expecting mine yet.
I hope Choirguy is right & that the delay means the case will be flawless when it finally does arrive...

Maybe, but that won't stop me from complaining

I'm in the same boat as the other posters, but I've heard nothing from Innopocket, and Innopocket has charged me for something that apparently hasn't even shipped, and they don't even have to ship. Heck, I'd be much happier if they had just emailed me with an estimate of when they'll ship it.

I am willing to wait for mine if they are fixing the previous problems that they had with the case, however it would be good customer service to inform those waiting for the case as to the cause for the delay.

All you have to do is ask them. I ordered mine knowing it was out of stock but I wanted to use the $5.00 coupon(tks aximsite). I emailed them to see when they expected to have them back in stock. They said first part of April.

They also warned in the ordering process that standard shipping could take 3-4 weeks. So I would assume it is "in the mail"

I'm pretty sure it is due to several fixes they need to implement. I received the case for a review, and am already having problems with the case lid opening too easily. Hopefully, they will fix the problem quickly because I love the case.

Another email address who helped me:
mag@innopocket.com

I am unlucky enough to experiment BOTH problems on my magnus case... (Paint + closing door presses on directional pad constantly)
When I complained at the address above, te answer was that they will send me a replacement ASAP. Still waiting.

You will probably end up waiting a few more weeks. It isn't just them sending a replacement. First they have to fix the design flaws. My lid doesn't press on the dpad, it just won't stay closed.

I just got my case and i must say its awsome at first glance. So lite and thin. Verry cool indeed. I havent tested it yet since my sis took my PDA while i was gone this week so i gota interogate her on where she left it lol. I can already say i need to send it back because the paint is rubbing off in certain areas. Oh well im going to enjoy it for a week at least though..

Ok well I got my PDA back and I must say this case is awsome but I do see what some were complaining about. The paint seams to be chipping off verry easily and the case closes ok on one side but not the other. Like it just doesnt fit right on the right side but perfict on the left. I shall send out an e-mail to innopocket about this. Other than that the PDA fits nice and snug and everything else about this case is still verry awsome. Hopefully the replacement will be all it was ment to be.

I would like an unpainted case. I would think that the natural metallic color should look good and it will not rust. That would easily solve one of the problems.
