I'm from Ottawa, Canada. I bought the Sena case, and I received it and there were no taxes. You can also buy them from cases.com and the same thing. Unless you're buying something heavy and worth more than US$50/- that is stated on the invoice, you will not get taxed.
There were no issues with Senacases.com or with cases.com.
