grab a multimeter and test teh line out voltages.. might try to sync with your axim tho

This following review mentions he uses the USB port to charge his Toshiba PDA, with the 5V output. So I guess it is possible!

Also, the reviewer found the modulator at Wal-Mart for under 30 bucks.

The only down side to it, as best I can tell is that it plays the songs in sequential order and doesn't remember where it was when you turn off the car. So, if I use the USB, I'm constantly listening to the same song everytime I start the car.

I have my music stored in a separate folder for each artist. I'm gonna play with moving the songs out of the folders and see if it does a random play that way.

Not very good sound quality

Hi,

I bought one of these, tried it out. Compared to a cassette input (from X50V) it sounded terrible. I tried using microdrive with a USB interface to play mp3 - no joy. Didn't try charging my X50V - it comes with a .5 Amp fuse, which will probably blow.

Anyway I returned it - Costco has good return policy.
