Hi all, I remember the "old days" when this new company named handpring introduced a product called visor. It had an expansion slot named springboard. There was an adapter you could plug in to turn your devie into a cell phone. There were other attachments as well. Why cant we do this for the axim.

There are several CF GSM/GPRS cards about. The Audiovox 8000 is an optional free gift from Dell UK when you buy an X50. Thats how i go t mine.

It works but isn't really a practical replacement for my phone, although it may be useful for data

The other two I know of are by Enfora and Convergent Technologies. Do a search for these cards on Google and here as well.
