can I use sync cable to charge ?
Hi folks,

Can this USB Travel Sync Cable for Dell Axim X50 Handheld also charge the device ?

Welcome to the site!

Yes, it will charge your Axim. But, only when you have it turned off. It can not supply enough power to charge your Axim when you are using it.

You can get the retractable version from PPCTechs.com for the same price.

Boxwave sells thier ninisynch retractable cable as well, but it works the same,.... you must turn off the axim x50v to allow it to charge. It is a power hog, and cannot charge through the minisynch cables while it is turned on.
