With the help of one of the sticky threads about Axim case, I could find 'Bullguard cover' for X50v, which was the simplest and smallest cover for X50v ever.
However, I ordered mine 4 days ago with PAYPAL payment but got no response so far, not even order confirmation email. I checked PAYPAL payment status and it was already sent to the seller successfully . I email them twice but still unanswered. Is it normal?
Anyone who ordered Bullguard cover recently? How long did it take from the day you ordered till you had them in your hand?
I emailed questions regarding the order status to the address published on the Bullguard website - Admin@Bullguardcovers.com
I also used the address provided on the PayPal confirmation message.
This is not a direct response to your question, but I did want to say that I ordered a Bullguard cover for my x50v a few months ago, and the transaction went very smoothly. I paid by PayPal and the cover was sent in a timely manner. Also, all of my e-mails were answered in a timely manner.
I suspect that the gentleman who makes these covers was indeed having some problems with his e-mail service.
Just my 2 cents..

Thanks for your input TMann.
My understanding is that even if he has a problem with his e-mail service, it has nothing to do with PAYPAL payment. In other words, He surely knows that I ordered it and he got payment from me. It will really suck if he doesn't even know the fact that I made an order and sent payment because of the stupid email problem. I hope that's not the case.

I know it's little bit off the topic, but how much do you like this cover? The pictures in his website were not very convincing. Those pictures were dark, out of focus and the color of the cover was quite misleading. I want to hear an opinion from someone who has this cover and used it for quite a while.

The cover is really well made and well-designed. I bought the solid black model, and it easily slide over the front of my Axim, and stays on pretty snugly. (Is that a word?) The thermoplastic material is quite stiff, so I feel very safe with the cover protecting my Axim's screen.
However, I must admit that I don't use it as much as I thought I would. I also have a Sena leather case, and it is just so much easier to use the Axim in the Sena case. You flip the leather cover open...you flip it close. No fuss, no muss. With the Bullguard cover, you slide the cover off and then you need to hold it, (or put it in your pocket,) while you're using your Axim. I was hopefull that the cover would fit onto the Axim backwards, (in other words with the cover on the back,) so that it could be store there when you're using it. But it doesn't fit that way due to the shape of the edges of the Axim.
Anyways, it's a very well-designed, and well-made cover. Do a search on these forums, and you'll read a lot of really positive reviews for it.
Good luck!

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and have not gotten anything in the mail yet. I know he makes them by hand as he has time so I am assuming this why I have not gotten it yet.

TMann, Thank you so much for your idea. :)
One thing I'm confused is that as far as I know, the cover is supposed to fit onto the Axim backwards. Check this out.
Among 10 pictures there, The last one(2nd page) shows that the cover can be on the backside of X50v. That was one of the things that made me bite the bullet and order it in spite of some disadvantages over leather cases. If what you said is right, it's totally frustrating!!! :realmad: Please shed hopeful light on me.
He takes awhile to respond and this is normal. He is a busy guy :)
He also hand makes all the covers so it takes a bit of time for him to make them and package/ship. Remember it is a one man operation :)
But he makes a good quality product that works great IMO :approve:
Because of the way the X50 is shaped it can fit on the back of the unit, but it is not the greatest fit and there is nothing that can really be done to fix that
I have mailed out all orders today, except for one that came in a few days ago. Thanks, Grentz, gonna have to put you on payroll I swear:)
I have been super busy and can't seem to figure out how to do an automated response to the orders so people know that I'm on it.
As always if there are problems or you aren't satisfied with the cover contact me and I'll make it right!

Thanks Bulldog,
I didn't know that it was a one-man operation, which is amazing. It sounds like the one order you haven't ship out is mine. Would you check it for me? My paypal account is meridi@*****.com and made a payment for clear X50v cover on 10th (or 11th) May. Since you don't check email for quite a long time or your email service has some problems, this is the only way I can contact you. Anyway my hats off to you for your wonderful cover which is surprisingly 'one man band' product at such a reasonable price.
I get the emails but I'm on the road working crews all day and use my cell phone to repsond. The orders I haven't figured out a way to get an auto respond setup so I usually don't get to them very fast.
Your order is the last one. I'll get it cut out at least tonight and try to finish it this week and have it sent by the weekend. :)
I usually get back to email responses but the orders I log into a different file so as not to lose track of them.
