How long has you brando screen protector lasted
Hi Ive had my Brando ultraclear screen protector on my x50v for over 2 months now, and it looks as good as the day I put it on there. I just wanted to know how long to expect this thing to last, not a scratch or any signs of wear yet so if you have a Brando how long before you had to change it thanks.

I never leave mine on longer than about a year and I am a heavy user. I bet there are people that have had the same one for 4 years. Probably throw out the PDA after that and keep the screen protector.

It all depends on how much you use your PDA. It also depends on luck, really. Sometimes, a little bit too much force results in a scratch. If the scratch is located in an obscure portion, that's fine but if it is located right smack in the 'writing area', you may need to consider switching. Again, it all depends on how much you use your PDA

I had my first one, many years ago, for two years. It was pretty badly scratched by then -- and I replaced it after a big gouge caused by errant car keys.

I generally replace them after a year. They don't really look damaged at all, at that stage. Until I pull them off and think, "Wow; it's been doing its job." The fine scratches happen so slowly you don't even notice....

Should add, I use the anti-glare Brando protectors.

A year two years wow, I was expecting 6 months max I am glad I tried this protector. At first I thought $13.00 was to much for one protector but it sure beats putting on a bubbly normal protector every month.

I use boxwave protectors and I've had onoe on for about 9 months now and I'm starting to consider replacing it. I want to try and make it a year. One very minor scratch, a few scuffs, but nothing that I can't handle yet. I have never taken it off to clean it, just clean it on the PDA.

Has anyone taken theirs off, cleaned it, put it back on and thought it made a huge difference?

think that time they only have cheap ones which scratch really easy. i used a brando on my m505 for about 4 yr. the screen protector has lots of dull spots from too much gaming. but i cannot even tell when the backlight is on that they were there.
