Exclamation Quick question: innopocket magnesium packet contents/problem

Hey guys,

I just received my innopocket magnesium magnesium (black) case and OMG, I'm in love. It's the best hard case I've seen as of yet for the X50v!

I have two questions/concerns:

1.) The left piece (that circumvents the stylusis a little bent compared to the opposite site (which is not bent). It does not affect performance and I only notice it when I look right at it, but still

2.) Um, does this thing come with a belt clip?? All I received was the case, a small screw in a bag and instructions. Does it come with the piece that physically attaches to the belt?

Thanks

If you mean the part of the hinge where the pin goes through, mine is a little off too but it doesn't affect the way it work. Mine did come with the belt clip as well as the screw. I just attached it today and it really goes on there tight. doesn't seem like it will fall off or get loose like some have reported about other makes of cases. Write them and tell them you didn't get the clip. I am pretty sure they will respond. They have pretty good customer service.

Yes, you should have a belt clip with it. It attaches to the screw

bigdave240,
No, I'm not talking about the hinge pin. Turn your Axim to the side so that the BT light is closer to your body. (The stylus is also facing you) That piece of metal around the stylus is a little bent off than the other side.

my clip came seperate from the case, lost in the packing foam of the shipping box. I almost missed it.

It uses the exact same clip (and screw) as the RhinoSkin

I got mine today as well (dell is being stupid slow with the actual x50v though) from aximcases.com as well, in the package there was a bubble wrap bag that had a white box and the belt clip in it.

Inside the white box was the case and the belt mounting stud, It just seems like they may have accidentally forgot to include the belt clip.

Good choice though, the case is so light and really feels good in the hand!

Mine doesn't look bent. I guess you have to decide if it is something you can live with. After looking through the box and packing I would start with Aximcases for a clip.

Sweet! It was inside the box!

Whoops, lol.

I meant to put a winking face there for sarcasm, but I forgot. Heh.

I really like this case so far. Other than the slight bend in the metal, it's unbelievable.

With all this now I wish I had a digital camera. Maybe this year is the year for its request. Mine is not bent like yours. You should had had a belt clip with it. I know I did.
