HP BT Headphones and PC
This thread isn't really related to Axim that much. I just got HP BT Headphones, and they are working just fine with my X50v (except for navigation buttons). But I want to be able to use them with my computer. I currently have 2 BT adapters in my computer. One is Microsoft adapter that works with MS Stack, the other one is Belkin adapter that works with what I think is broadcom stack. Belkin adapter doesn't have High Quality Stereo profile and can't even find headphones. Microsoft finds and connects to headphones, but I can't listen to anything, because connection is never active (and there doesn't seems to be a way to activate it. Same thing happens with MS stack and any type of BT headset).
I know there are a lot of people here with HP Bluetooth Headphones. Have any of you tried to connect them to your computer and listen to music through them? If you did and it works for you, can you let me know what bluetooth adapter you are using, please?
Also, is there a way to make forward/backward buttons on headphones work with X50v?
Thanks.

Wow, so these should work on my x50v? I was wondering if there would be any problems (aside from the buttons)now I know

There shouldn't be any problems with connection to your x50. You just need to update your bluetooth stack to version 1.6.
After a lot of searching I was able to find only one BT Dongle for PC that should support A2DP (which I think is the same thing as High Quality Stereo profile). http://www.btboutique.com/product_in...roducts_id=149 Already ordered it and now waiting for it to get here to try it out.

The buttons on the Bluetooth headphones can be made to work on the x50 with a minor registry change. Just search these forums for the exact details.
