Brando screen protector no good

hello all aximsite users.

I received my Brando screen protector but it is damaged. I tried to put on but at bottom of the screen I got line of bubbles which i cannot get rid of because that is a place where protector is damaged. I guess that they should make more secure envelope or something. Did anyone have that kind of problem ???
I ordered my screen protector from www.executivepda.com.
Now i will try to get replacement for it.

Did you try emailing them back? From everything I've heard, they have great customer service. They may send you another one.

I got my Brando protector from shop.brando.com.hk and I got the package in excellent condition. It took nearly 15 days for the protector to be shipped from HK to US, but other than that I am very happy with Brando protector.

I hope that I won't have to pay for shipping. it sucks because i will have to wait again. i already send email to them. I will try to make them send me new one with prepaid shipping to return damage one.

I've bought 2 pieces - 1 for me and another for my friend 2 months back. they still looking "invisibly" good. glad i bought them (shop.brando.com.hk).

anyway, i've also bought the wireless transmitter from them. they sent me replacements immediately on hearing that the first is lost and the second one came faulty. that's one good customer service.

just got mine from brando.com.hk yesterday after ordering 10 days ago. i guess transit time was 8 days...

anyway, no problems, works like a charm and went on very easily.

I bought mine from executivepda and mine keeps lifting along the lef-hand edge.
No visible damage -- it just likes to lift up on that side.

I bought a Brando anti-glare protector for my X3 from Executive PDA about a year or so ago. I had a slight problem with it and they replaced it at no charge. When I got my X50v I wanted a clear protector and bought the Boxwave Crystal from Aximcases. As luck would have it, one of the edges was slightly bent and woudn't stay down. This was a manufacturing defect and not due to shipping damage. Aximcases also replaced this at no charge. The new one was in perfect condition but it never seemed to be as good as the Brando. It never stuck very good around the edges and it seemed to get scratched more easily. I then decided to try the Brando Ultra Clear but could not find a US source for it. I found several places that sold the anti-glare but none that had the clear version. Anyway I ordered direct from Brando in Hong Kong and like the other person said, it took 15+ days to arrive. It it the best screen protector of all that I have used. Very clear, goes on easily, perfect fit and no scrathes. I would highly recommend the Brando Ultra Clear.

Guys thanks for the support. I will try to get replacment for my damaged screen protector. If that will happened again I will cancel order with www.executivepda.com and place order from brando.com.hk. My screen protector feets nice but like i said, doesn't glue in place where it was damaged. even it wasn't damaged during delivery I guess that retails should check merchandise before they'll send it out. ordered from brando it had a small nic that i could live with it still the one im using after three months, but anyway i emaied them when i first got it and they sent me a new one no questions asked they have great support.

I also use Brando
the blue version is good, leave no trace on X50v, X51v, RX3715
however, I gave a try on Armkit for my MDA, and it looks fine
