Difficulty using BT mouse & Keyboard Simultaneously
I've been using the Dell keyboard successfully for the past few weeks with my Axim X50... However, I decided to add to the collection and just purchased the Think Outside BT mouse.

I am able to use each device apart from one another. I can use the keyboard just fine, but when I try to detect the mouse, the keyboard connection seems to be lost.

I can then use the mouse, but when I attempt to find the keyboard, the mouse is then disabled.

I kept trying the steps, resetting the pocket pc, turning the bluetooth function off, and then back on, and somehow was able to get the keyboard and mouse to cooperate with each other. However, this was only a one-time shot and lasted for only a few seconds...

When I attempted to connect to my BT enabled wireless phone, not only would it not connect to the phone, but the keyboard and mouse then lost the connection.

Can someone please offer some advice on this one before I return the entire kit and buy a laptop?

Frustrated PPC owner.

did u set the mouse power efficient mode to auto? that might make a difference

i had issues with both at first, but then the worked great, i didn't pair them or use a secure connection tho, i seemed to have connecting issues that way

also make sure u have the most up to date driver, for some reason i could connect my keyboard but not the mouse yesterday so i installed the newest drivers and it could get them both to connect again

I've had the same problem at times and I finally get it to work but am never sure how I did it. Do you think the order each item is turned on would make any difference?????
