if u can afford it, i'd go with the thinkoutside ir keyboard, i believe it has a full size keyboard (similar to a laptop), i had a normal ir keyboard b4 and found that the keys were just to small to type really quickly, plus the ir connection just wasn't that fast on it, hopefully urs will work better (of course the think outside bt keyboard is def the greatest in my opinion...)

would you rather have a inexpensive keyboard that sucks or a semi-expensive keyboard that you love?

that is exactly my thinking b4 i bought my first keyboard, used it for a little bit, but it was just a pain and although the typing sped up a little bit, it still was really really slow, i saw the think outside keyboards, and knew it was what i needed, sold the old ir keyboard the minute i got the new one, i can type with the same speed as a desktop/laptop

If you can't find a BT keyboard cheap enugh the TO iR keyboard can be found for $45 at Amazon here. While it isn't quite as nice as the BT keyboard it is still a wonderfull addition to an Axim. I own one and love it. The speed is just like typing on a Desktop and the keys have a nice push to them.
