My Mag case is starting to become very scratched, and although I like the sleek black look of it, I don’t like the scratches. I was thinking about taking some steal wool to it to remove the black paint in order to give it the brushed look. Has anyone tried this?

It should work, but the plastic pieces will stay black (and scratched, if you're not careful), though.
