Looks pretty interesting. Seems it could be very helpful if you were in a business setting. It seems more professional for meetings and such.

I am not so sure about it though!

How does it actually work? How long will it last? How does it save your notes? are they .jpeg or are they notepad files? can these be incorporated into Word? I would definetely buy this if I could use it within word to more easily draw diagrams while I typed the rest of my notes.

Maybe someone write a review with detailed pics? call me crazy but I want a zoomed in picture of the whole thing especially behind the paper and whatever that box is under the stylus. Do you have to put batteries in the pen? how many batteries in the pad?

Hi

Well it uses two AAA batts which fit into the tablet and an AAAA for the special pen.

Now I’ve used it for a week now and occasionally the software has prompted me warning that the batteries are low.

Of cause I did the sensible thing and ignored it. It is still working. I have bought long lasting 900 mAh rechargeable batteries.

As the Pocket PC sits safely in the folder, I use good practice and just switch it of when not note taking. This stops the infrared beam from running the batteries down of both the PPC and Tablet.

When I switch on it just puts the not screen up as before.

.

It seams that AAAA batteries are as rear as golden donkey poo. And so far no one could tell me about rechargeable AAAA Batteries until I found this little supplier. www.strikealite.co.uk

Now my woes are all gone and I am up and running infinitely.

If anyone knows of how to integrate notes into word let me know.

I save the in note format to my SD card so I can edit them later if I want to.

I m sorry if I sound like a sales bloke, just really happy at my discovery.

As I understand it, recent improvements have helped using with pocket PC also particularly Dell.

I’m made up and scribbling away to my hearts content.

As they say better late than never.

I've had mine for a while. Apart from a panic when i first got it and found it did not work with my x5, Ive been very happy.
There is a software fix (BUT you need to get a US software number from seiko (a phone call!)).
Good gadget!
