ThinkOutside Mouse with Dell Bluetooth Keyboard

So far I have heard good reviews on the ThinkOutside Bluetooth Mouse, but I was wondering if it works with the Dell Bluetooth Keyboard. If anyone has used the mouse with the Dell Bluetooth Keyboard, please respond. Also, If you have used the keyboard and mouse with Stunt Car Extreme, please tell me how it works. Thanks!

I haven't used the KB for gaming, but I have used the Dell BT KB with the TO BT mouse quite a bit. Works great!!! :approve:

Yup, me to. Just install the TO mouse drivers, they include the TO keyboard driver (the Dell model is just a re-badged TO BT keyboard).

Not had any problems with mine, fantastic combo (so much so that unless i actually need some functionality on my laptop i use the axim/mouse/kb combo instead)

Just need the ppc to get a Active directory client and VS2003 and the laptop's a gonner....... hehe

I agree with my fellow aximites. The Keyboard and mouse are a great combination. If Microsoft would just beef up pocket word I'd have very little need to lug around a laptop.

I haven't tried them with games yet. If I get some info. I'll pass it along.

Roll on WM2005.......

All office apps are improved no end, even to the extent that they need no conversion when copying over to the PPC. Support for charts etc has been added as well.

Pocket Powerpoint is also included, not sure on support for external video (it needs to have support for non native resolutions to be usefull for presentations as clearview does)

Are you referring to the X50 battery? I use the extended battery and have never had a problem using the KB and mouse for fairly long periods of time (Don't ask me how long... I've never actually timed myself ). If possible, I use my travel charger when surfing with the BT enabled.

Have anybody used the TO mouse to control Powerpoint presentation (eg. with Clearvale or Pocket Slides)? If it works well, this is a good way to control a powerpoint presentation wirelessly for the X50v.

Is this mouse the only one that works with the X50v?

TO Mouse and Keyboard are awesome. But not for gaming.

The mouse will not work with full screen GAPI games. I bought Age of Empires hoping to use the mouse with it. The mouse pointer orientation was wrong. The keyboard tends to be laggy as well - you don't notice it while editing a document but you will with games.

Hopefully the gaming situation will be better with WinMobile 2005 and Direct3D.

I'd like to find this out too. Geeks.com has a BT mouse for $27.50. Link: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?inv...&cpc=SCH&srm=0

There may not be available drivers for WM2003se. The ad doesn't say it supports the ppc platform. I'd check with the manufacturer before buying for the X50v.
