Brando BT GamePad
I have purchase a lot of stuff from brando and have found them to be a reputable company. I was searching their site and came across a new Bluetooth GamePad that they claim to be compatible with the x50...has anyone tried it yet or know anything about it?

thanks in advance...

btw, here's the link:

That looks like the Chainpus Bluetooth Gamepad. Theres is a review at pocketnow & schrags11's Pocket PC Reviews website among other places.

The best thing I like about your find is the price. Now If I can just get the store to open for me...

I would of gotten one of those, until i read this... "[The x50v] was too wide and would not fit between the handles."... Now it dosen't sound as appealing...

Well I did get the $50 Bluetooth gamepad and it improved my Flux Challenge performance. I still suck at it but my times in practice got better.

It works with Galaga and slotcar racer as well.

I'm willing to bet we'll see another price drop by the holiday season.

No, X50 does not fit in it as it was designed for smartphones, but the x50 still works with it

It's big too so it feels good opened. The only problem is finding somewhere to put your Ax.

Anyway... I'm working on it. I keep my X50v in a Sena extended battery belt clip case and it almost fits... Something that would connect to the belt clip to fit between the wings... hmmm

Any luck with that? Been seriously considering one of these since the price went way down. Can we get the black one for the $50? All I see is white.

Min was white as well, I didn't see any color options at Brando.

I haven't had time to try any fit mods yet.

It looks like it needs something to fit in between the arms while elevating and sercuring the device. I use an extended battery so my Ax has a hump on its back already which would fit between the arms except for the fact that it isn't deep enough to hit the bottom of the pad plus the width of the Ax slighty covers some buttons so that piece that will go to the bottom of the pad also has to bring it higher than the buttons slightly.

I hope this gives you some ideas airwolf.
