Can't make Logitech Mobile Freedom BT Headset work with X50v...
Well I can pair the device to the axim, but when I explore the device, it says that there are no useful services on the device. I have installed that new bluetooth stack that came out a while ago that included high quality audio btw.

I have heard that many people have gotten this BT headset to work as a mic AND a earphone... but I can't seem to make it do either. It works perfectly find on my Nokia 6820 however.

Any hints or tips? Can anyone maybe go through the process to see if I've missed something? I have tried on 3-4 completely different occasions thinking that 'maybe this time' it will work...

Thanks!

ok, i had the EXACT same problem. I could get it to pair, but not detect any useful services. Basically, I had to hard reset, pair it, connect it, and it worked.

The new BT stack didn't help, soft resetting didn't help.

HOWEVER, I have found the audio quality appauling. It's neat how I can walk ANYWHERE around my house and talk, even out to my mailbox, but the quality just isn't there. It has been collecting dust, and I am thinking about selling it on ebay.

So you're saying you had to Hard Reset the Axim? As in, having to reinstall everything? For me, it's a novelty, and that's just not worth it... I'll continue to use it with my cell if that's what is necessary .

Yeah, had to reinstall everything. You could try using the activesync backup to save all your settings, hard reset, pair/connect it, then restore and see if it works. Anyways, good luck!
