thesupplynet.com woes
How do you guys feel about this email that I sent thesupplynet.com about a faulty Nextel i860 to Axim x50v cable?

I know that the cable is out of warrenty but this is bullsh*t.

Just my opinion.

I'm sorry you feel that way..
Thank you
Have a nice day.

I'm not sure I blame a vendor for holding you to a warranty limit. That said, it is generally good business to work with the customer in this sort of situation. Either way, I'm sorry you are getting screwed around here.

I ordered a phone cable from thesupplynet before, and it fell apart in less than a year. Their products are low quality, and I've stopped ordering from them altogether.

I know, they state 1 month warrenty, but if they want to keep customers they need to make better quality products and not charge for repairing their faulty products.

I mean, if I told them it hasn't worked correctly from the start they at least they could say ' well we are sorry to hear that send it to us and we can repair it free of charge' or something like that.

I not blaming anyone, thats why I asked for your opinion in the thread
