Sena Case? Don't know but we have try on Proporta and pdair metal case. It's Ok but just need a little improvement on the case.

Hmm, whatever happened to ONLY an extra 1mm? If I'm going to add an extra 2.3, I may as well just add 3-4mm instead and get the full benefit of my 2200.

I suspect it will fit fine in the Sena Case. Don't have the battery but do have a Sena case. I taped 7-8 business cards (about 2.5mm) on the back of my Axim to roughly simulate the battery and it still fit in the case fine - no noticeable stretching. Everything lined up fine.
