I've been using PDA's for nearly five years and stubborn as I am I've always used the standard stylus (haven't lost a single one!).
Anyway today I went looking for a new pen since my old 2-in-one (ballpoint / mechanical pencil) pen looks a bit wore out after several years of university studies. While looking thru all the availble pen's at the local bookshop it struc my mind that I'd seen 3-in-one pens on the the internet with a stylus built into them. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any but they didnt although the next shop I visted had a few tucked away in a corner (something tells me they dont sell too many of these each month

), after fiddling with it for a minute or so I though hell why not and bought it it was only 3$!
When I came home I was eager to test the stylus tip on my X50v, although the thought of scratching the screen came to my mind but since I got a brando screen protector on I decided not to worry about it. And boy what a feeling, holding a normal pencil instead of that tiny tiny stylus. I also noticed that the stylus tip on the pen glides more easaly over the screen than the standard X50v stylus, seems like the tip is made of some very slippery plastic material.
Happy and suprized with the superior feeling over the standard stylus I fired up Pocket artist and started drawing. There was a clear diffrence here it felt much more like the real thing "drawing" with a pen on the screen instead of a stylus.
Anyway my conclusion is, if you haven't tried one of these pens with a stylus built in,
do it!
I'm sure there are more expensive pens with better quality out there than the one I bought, but this 3$ pen is still a BIG improvment over the any of the standard styluses I've come across so far.
Btw, a proper review of the pen i bought can be found here

Silly thing that a man can get pleased with something costing only 3$
