Logitech BT with PC? (Hurray Got it fixed..Cool stuff)
Today I just got my logitech BT headset for axim x50v... but i haven't received my pda so far..

I remember seeing in the product details that this headset can also be used with PC with BT adapter. I am just trying that. My PC BT (Zonet) recogonises this BT and gets paired. I don't any audio in my headset from my PC (I tried playing a song in my pc) and also the mike....

Do i have to change the setting somewhere? I don't have a clue...please guide me through..further i didn't give any port details etc..do i have to !

thanks

Ravi,
What CD? What software made the Logitec sound work? I have the Logitech Mobile Freedom Headset. Are you using the same one?
Please let me know.

Thanks,
Brad

Well, I got the Logitech Mobile Freedom earphone working. Combination of setting the handset to 'receive call' (4 blue flashes), cranking up the volume on the handset, and turning on the sound on the Axim.

CD I was mentioning is the driver CD I got for bluetooth adpater from Zonet. I installed those drivers overiding the default microsoft ones. By doing this, under the sound properties I can find the standard sound card of my sytem and also the newly installed Bluetooth sound drivers. Just select the BT one for the options..i mean speaker, microphone etc...then u should be ready to go...

please note that this is what i did for laptop..so u can use this method to run skype from laptop and use this logitech thing to be wireless. I read that it is even easy to pair with PDA. I haven't received my PDA.
