I tried the Krylon spray-on, but that was not durable as it flaked-off easily.
I just found a much better solution! I went to the local sports shop and picked up a $5 pack of
Wilson H2OVERGRIP for wrapping tennis racket handles. It is about 0.5mm thick with a rubber coating over a non-woven material. I cut it to the proper size to piece together on the outside of the case and secured them with
Scotch Double Stick Tape.
The combo really grabs onto the cloth on the inside of my shirt pocket and virtually eliminates the possibility of the RhinoSkin case slipping out when I bend over.
It looks like this might be a good solution for GPS receivers and high G curves, but I have not tried it yet.
