One feature of the SENA case I don't like

Just got my case yesterday. Love the low profile design, and the ability to sync while in the craddle. However, the case makes the darn PDA hard to hold. the metal plate an the back end jabs my hand, and the leather is too slippery. I'll probably get used to it, but I'm a tad disappointed.

That's been a complaint I've read before, but I've never had this problem. I have small hands and it fits perfectly. Do you have large hands, Darth?

On mine (extended battery case) the lower part of the D pad is too close to the leather which is annoying and badly designed.

Not really. I'm not a big guy (about 5'10") and usually wear a "medium" when I buy gloves.

I'm a little disappointed because the AXIM has such nice ergonomics. It always felt good in the hand and the SENA kind of ruins it.

None of the reviews I read mentioned this issue!

All the holes line up perfectly on mine (standard battery).
