Newbie needs help w/ keyboard!
Greetings!
I'm trying to connect a Dell bluetooth keyboard to my axim x50v. I've downloaded the drivers, but when I try to configure, message states "Bluetooth system not detected." Bluetooth is turned on, keyboard is present. Can anyone suggest where I should go from here. Thanks!

Make sure you're using at least ROM Version A03 for your X50v. A03 and beyond fixed some Bluetooh issues. Also make sure to download the latest drivers from www.thinkoutside.com . Thinkoutside make the keyboards for Dell.

Have ROM A04
Tried latest drivers from both Dell and Thinkoutside
Config message is still: "Bluetooth system not detected"

Make a backup of your PDA, and then do a system hard reset and try again. Perhaps there's some conflict. If it still doesn't work then, you can always restore from the backup.

Did you install drivers to main memory? It's been mentioned elsewhere that installing into BIS doesn't work.

AH YES I forgot the main memory thing. I do that without thinking for any system drivers etc. Whoops! I remember having that same problem. Either way, glad you're sorted!
