Anyone use the Nintendo DS wrist strap as a stylus?

The Nintendo DS has a wrist strap with a small bit of plastic at the end that is meant to be used as a thumb stylus: link

Since the x50v has a lanyard loop, I thought this may be a good alternative to pulling out the stylus or for certain games that uses the dpad and on-screen buttons (eg emulators). Anyone tried this?

havent tried it, but it looks like a pretty good idea! That damn loop has been bugging me, just sitting there unused and all. Same with that damn Lock switch. I have my axim set to only turn on with the power button, and really see no use for it!

Biohzrd, how do you do that? Setting it so it only turns on with the power button?

On a side note, has any1 tried that out? Do you guys know where I can go out and buy extra wrist straps?

Goto Start > Settings > System > Power > Tap the Power On Tab

Untick both boxes.
