After seeing a pic of the x50v with the extended battery i just realised how big it is, my x50v hasn't arrived yet so im a bit worried, i wanted to know which case looks and feels the best on a x50v with the extended battery? Can you also try and use pics so it will be easier to make my decision.

I got my PDAir aluminum case from Aximcases and it fits perfectly with the extended battery. I chose it as I wanted a hard case and this was the onl one designed for the extended battery. Although an excellent case, the bottom opening is too tight to use with the charging cable, and since it clearly won't fit on the cradle, I'm not sure what to make of it. Being aluminum, I will probably shave off the extra millimeter so that I can use the charging cable.

I have a PDAir as well. Also because I wanted a hard case. I also saw recently on Dell's site that Rhinoskin has an extended battery hardcase... I can't see a pic of it though so.

I use the belkin charger/sync cable, which is a tiny bit smaller than the dell one, and it fits in the bottom.

I too have a Dell x50v w/extended
battery & bought a Piel Frama case.
Purchased & love the color - red - and soft but
durable leather. Prices, when I purchased, ran
from $45 to $65.

I have the Piel Frama and I love it. It not only fits perfectly, it protects all 4 corners of the X50v better than any other I evaluated.

I'm very happy with my Sena extended battery case. It even works fine with the standard battery, so it does double duty. I don't use or like belt clips, so I'm not sure how that would affect using it with the standard battery, if you want to use a belt clip.

I really like being able to sync without taking it out of the case.
