Bluetooth headphone/headset combo

I have looked at some confusing info about the bluetooth headphones and headsets and I'm not sure what I need. I have the Dell Axim x50. I was hoping to find a wireless headphone or headset option that could be used for listening to music or for the voip calls I make using skype. Any suggestions about what's best to do?
