Possible? 1800mA battery + magnum case *IF* battery door off?
Hmm, do you think an Axim with the 1800mA battery would fit into the magnum case *IF* I decide not to use the battery cover? Since it's in the case there is no danger of the battery falling out.

The Axims stop working if the cover is off. Try it and you will see.

There is a little button near the bottom of the battery area that needs to be pressed down. This is how it senses if the battery door is on or not. I can probably wedge something onto it to keep it pressed.

You can even just cut off one of the plastic 'hooks' from the new battery door, stick it over the sensor button, and close the battery lock switch. I guess a little tape may help. I would cut the hook that doesn't go over the switch so if one decides to use the door anyway, it'll still be functional.

I don't have my magnum case yet and I don't have a 1800mA battery so I can't try this out. But I would if it works.
