Can someone please verify that the X50V will hold CFII, SD, SDIO and MMC cards? Is there one that is better than the others? I looked today and 1gb MMC were as cheap as 50 bucks.

yes, the x50v supports those cards. The only reason why i wouldn't go for the MMC card is becuase sd is more universal (you will be able to switch an sd card around with cameras and stuff, where an mmc might not work)
