Importing/Exporting Contacts

I have an Axim X50v. I sync it with my Windows XP desktop (Microsoft Outlook). It syncs contacts and calendar. I also have a Mac and a cell phone with Bluetooth. What I'm wanting to do is export my contact list and calendar from Microsoft Outlook on my Windows machine to a file I can import into Microsoft Entourage on my Mac. When I sync my phone to my Mac, it syncs iCal and Address Book. I need to get my contacts and calendar onto my Mac, but I don't know how. Can someone help me? I am so sorry if this seems confusing or stupid. It's just that my Windows machine doesn't have Bluetooth, and that's the thing my other devices have in common. Basically, what I need is to have my contacts and calendar on two computers. The Windows machine to sync with my Axim, and the Mac to sync with my phone so all of my gadgets have my info. I am aware of the program to sync my Axim to my Mac, and I plan on buying it someday (as soon as this poor college student gets a job), but for now I'm having to do it the hard way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
