How Do You Customize Your Axim GUI?
Ive always loved tinkering with my Axim GUI...the VGA lends itself so well to it.
Here's a screenshot of my current setup. Obviously I like the Aqua look, with WisBar and Pocket Launcher doing most of what I need...what does your Axim GUI look like?? Post a pic.

glad you like it...
Pocket Launcher lets you assign an icon to a group tab, so I resized some favorite icons from the Last Order iconset in Photoshop and used those. (I also turned off the text labels for the tabs).
The background is just some stripes to match the Wisbar theme, which is also customized the same way (it was originally based off Pixels' OSX VGA WisBar theme), just replacing some of the default theme icons with aqua icons I liked better.
I also turned on the icon shadows in Pocket launcher but it slows it down a bit, so I may turn it off again...

Here's mine: I've been contemplating switching to true VGA, but...

I presume you are refering to skinning the top and bottom bars so they have that 3D look. It is a program called wisbar. Version 1 is free and fine for QVGA, V2 is better and supports VGA too. I don't like it in practice though because it slows everything down (just my experiance... other may and do think differently) and didn't work properly with SPB PocketPlus. They also have a new product comming out called wisbar desktop I think which looks nice.
Cheers
