Invalid Service Tag

Trying to register my new AXIM X51V on the Dell site and when entering the service tag I get message "Invalid Service Tag" I've tripled checked I'm entering the correct tag . Anyone else have this problem ??????

I had it with my old x30 and had to call them. Is this a returned one? That was what seemed to have caused the problem for me?

I have the same problem. Dell appear to have it on their internal system (The Service centre had it anyway), it's just not on the web database! Don't worry about it.

Just make sure they recognize your right to receive support under warranty!!
