I jsut ordered my Axim 51 520MHz model. I couldn't afford the 51V right now so this is the next best thing.
Now things are going to get busy around here as I start asking more questions.
Seriously though you guys have been a lot of help already. Thanks for the advice and please don't be upset because I ignored the advice to get a 51V. It was simply more than I can spend at this time.
and well done for getting what works for you :approve: :approve:

Ichabod,
You will NOT be disappointed. I've had my 520Mhz X50 since last December and could not be more pleased with it. The screen is excellent. The "mid" version also seems to have a few less glitches than the VGA units do if the number of issues I see raised on this board are any indication. The V's are cutting-edge, cool and really "downtown" for sure - but QVGA is definitely not out-of-style.
I run Calligrapher and will never get anything less than VGA...just my 2 cents! Welcome to Aximsite...

I bought the X50v just for the VGA screen. So far, it's been a bit of waste of money. I just don't need the VGA. But... I'm certain I'll use it within the next year. Just waiting for the software to catch up.
