Help Wanted! Pairing x51 w/ Motrola v710

Has anyone found a sucessful way to connect to the internet via a bluetooth connection with the Motrola v710? I can do it with my Powerbook but when I have tried to pair the x51 w/ the v710 it acknowleges that it recognizes the "Motrola phone" but after trying to put in various passkeys (0000, 1234, etc) the x51 states that it "did not connect with the phone and the network connection failed or the passkey is incorrect".
Any help would be a great relief.
Thanks

it will depend on your service provider.....im assuming you have verizon. Howerver it is against your contract to teather your phone to your PDA or Computer using EVDO in verizon....unless you have a daa plan. check out www.howardforums.com for this issue. I have an LG VX8100 i have disabled evdo and use 1x to connect to my Axim. With 1x you only use air minutes and not data charges are applicable. im not sure how to teather with the MOTO. Also there is a class action law suit regarding that phone and verizon because the bluetooth was so impared and was advertised differently, i would check into that too if i were you. Howardforum is a good place to start.
on my axim. i have created a dial up connection phone number to dial #777 username PersonalPhone#@vzw3g.com the password is vzw (this is for verizon service.)

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am a Verizon user and hookup to my Powerbook through the V710 and it only costs me airtime. Can you walk me through exactly how you created the dial up connection and hook up through the Bluetooth option on the Axim? Thanks so much
