Activesync Requirements?

I just received my new X51v and installed Activesync 4.1 on my home laptop (XP Pro and Office 2003 complete). Everything installed fine and the Axim works great.

At work, we don't use Exchange/Outlook as our messaging and Calendar tool but use Netscape mail and Oracle Corporate Time instead. Previous to my Axim, I had a Toshiba e830 and it was using Activesync 3.8. Syncing to Corporate Time was as simple as syncing to Outlook. But now, when I try to install Activesync 4.1 on my work PC (same setup file as I used on my laptop), I get an error that says a DLL is missing and the install aborts (won't tell me which one and the log doesn't give me any hint either). On my work PC, I do NOT have Outlook installed (all other office 2003 products are present). It appears that 3.8 doesn't have a dependency on Outlook but does 4.1?

P.S. - Yes I do have admin rights for my local work PC.
