removing menu items

Running wm2003, I installed xpshutdown. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, so I uninstalled it. However, even after a soft reset there is still in start>settings>personal>menu there is still a selection box (unchecked) for xpshutdown.
How do I go about removing this from the menu selections, it doesn't appear on my start menu, only in the above path.

thanks!
