HELP! Calender deletes 2 week old appointments

This is a newbie question: I am using WM2003 and the calender function doesn't seem to keep any appointments that are more than 2 weeks old. I've cheked the settings, looked up the manuals and even done a hard reset but nothing seems to work. Please help, I really need to be able to keep old appointments.

Hi there,

try this:

In active sync
Double click on "Calendar"
Select "Synchronize all appointments"

Welcome to Aximsite!

On your desktop ActiveSync, go to Tools - Options then highlight Calendar and click on Settings. Make sure "Sync all appointments" is selected.

Check your Activesync stettings.
double click on the "Calendar" icon in the Activesync window, and the options for syncing that will pop up. The default is 2 weeks in the past.

(All appointments are still on your Outlook copy though)
