Installation using CAB files causes soft reset (Astraware, Mastersoft games)

Just wondering if anyone can help me out. I've been trying to install Astraware and Mastersoft games. I am using the CAB installation tweak so I can choose where to install the programs. The CAB files are copied to my x50v without any problems but once the CAB file is run my x50v soft resets. Any solutions for this? Other programs install fine, but I particularly have problems with Astraware and Mastersoft.

Are you using the registry hack and file dialog changer to specify where to install? If so, that's your problem. After the soft reset the registry hack should be gone, but the .cab file(s) still there. Use cabinstl to specify an install location.
