BT problems with WM5

I am having issues connectiong my Axim X50V to my Motorola V710 to connect to the internet.

Is this simply another problem with the Microsoft BT stack?

I had the sames problem and was unable to solve it, so went back to 2003se. If you figure it out let me know and I will try again. I also could not get my BT338 GPS connected.

I am also not able to connect. How far did either of you get? I was able to begin to pair the phone with my Axim but Axim says it failed while the phone says it worked. Then I have the phone in my BT list on the Axim but no services listed so when I try to create the dial-up connection it doesn't see a modem service on the phone. grrrrrr

I got my BT338 GPS working in Windows Mobile 5. I paired with the PDA but then OnCourse Naviator 5 comes with a wizard that asks you if you are using a Bluetooth GPS and finds it and connects to it automatically.

Nooo...I also have a v710. This gives me one more reason not to update to wm5.

Well it is almost a deal breaker for me. I can still use my phone's browser for internet connection. I hope they do fix this error, though.

SkipFire - I get stuck at the same place. The phone says that the pin worked, but the PDA says the pairing failed.

I have a Nokia 6230b and it doesn't work either. I can send files form my x51v to my phone but not vice versa. With my x50v I had the ability to browse the folders in my phone but I can't seem to be able to it now.

Anyone know how?

I cant send/recieve files to/from my T630. I can do that previously with my HP 4150. WM5's bluetooth software is terrible. Hopefully there will be a fix.
