Do X51's have the same problems that X50 Upgraders are Reporting?

Are all the issues that x50 Upgraders are reporting: Batteries dieing quickly, Storgae cards dissapearing, and slow performance also present on the x51?

If not why?
Does the Flash Rom Type make the difference in performance?
Is there a difference in ROM Version?
